Agricultural Equipment Parts & Components — BOXSTK

Abrasion-resistant castings, forged driveline parts and spares built for field conditions.

Industry solution · Updated 2026-11-07

Agricultural parts fail from abrasion, impact and dirt rather than from precision fatigue. We supply cast and forged wear components, driveline shafts, brackets and fastener kits for tillage, seeding and harvesting equipment, both as OEM production parts and as aftermarket spares.

Material and heat treatment dominate service life here. A plough point or tine made from the wrong steel may fit perfectly and still wear out in a fraction of the expected time. We quote the alloy and hardness together with the geometry, and can produce a hardened sample for field trial before a full production release.

What These Components Have to Survive

  • Abrasive soil contact, which calls for hardened surfaces and replaceable wear edges.
  • Shock loads from stones and uneven ground.
  • Seasonal demand spikes where a late shipment misses the entire sales window.
  • Interchangeability with existing equipment — spares must fit without modification.
  • Long storage before use, requiring corrosion-protective packing.

Typical Parts We Supply

Investment-cast tines and points, forged shafts and flanges, machined hubs and bushings, sheet-metal guards and hoppers, and galvanised or stainless fastener kits.

Material, Finish & Documentation

Common choices are 45# and 40Cr steel with quenching and tempering, 42CrMo for higher shock loads, and zinc or phosphate coatings for storage protection. Hardness and material certificates are issued per lot. See casting vs forging for process selection.

How We Work With Your Team

Send the drawing set, annual volume and delivery schedule. We return a process route, a costed quotation and, where relevant, a suggestion to consolidate parts into a single kit. Repeat orders can be held against a blanket schedule with agreed safety stock, which shortens effective lead time without changing the unit price.
