Industrial Machinery Parts & Components — BOXSTK

Precision housings, shafts, brackets and wear parts for equipment builders and aftermarket spares.

Industry solution · Updated 2026-11-07

Industrial machinery buyers usually have two very different demand patterns: scheduled OEM production parts and urgent, unplanned replacement spares. BOXSTK Industrial supports both. We hold approved drawings and process routes so a repeat order does not restart the engineering review, and we can machine one-off spares from a sample when the original drawing is no longer available.

Typical components include gearbox housings, bearing seats, guide rails, cam and lever parts, manifolds, mounting plates, shafts, bushings and machine guards. Mixed-process parts — a cast housing with machined bores and fitted fasteners — are assembled and shipped as one part number.

What These Components Have to Survive

  • Continuous duty cycles and vibration, which make fatigue resistance and consistent heat treatment important.
  • Tight bearing and sealing fits where a few hundredths of a millimetre change service life.
  • Abrasive environments that call for hardened or coated wear surfaces.
  • Long equipment lifecycles: a part may need to be reproducible ten years after the machine shipped.
  • Unplanned downtime, where a fast single-piece replacement matters more than unit price.

Typical Parts We Supply

CNC machined housings and covers, investment-cast valve and pump bodies, forged and turned shafts, sheet-metal guards and control enclosures, brass fittings for pneumatic lines, and stainless fastener kits for assembly.

Material, Finish & Documentation

Common choices are 45# and 40Cr steel with quenching and tempering for shafts, 6061-T6 aluminum for light housings, 304 / 316 stainless for washdown areas, and powder-coated carbon steel for frames. Dimensional reports, hardness results and material certificates are issued per lot. See quality control.

How We Work With Your Team

Send the drawing set, annual volume and delivery schedule. We return a process route, a costed quotation and, where relevant, a suggestion to consolidate parts into a single kit. Repeat orders can be held against a blanket schedule with agreed safety stock, which shortens effective lead time without changing the unit price.

FAQ

Sourcing Questions for Industrial Machinery

Can you reproduce a spare part from a worn sample?

Yes. We measure the sample, infer the functional dimensions and produce a drawing for your approval before machining.

Do you support blanket orders with scheduled releases?

Yes, for approved repeat parts. We agree the schedule and hold finished or semi-finished stock against it.

Can mixed-process parts ship as one kit?

Yes — casting, machining, fasteners and packing are consolidated under one part number.

Ready to source custom metal parts?

Send your drawing or sample. Engineering review and quotation within 24 hours.
