Information we receive

When you submit an inquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the name, email address, company, country and message you choose to provide, together with any drawings or specifications attached. We use this only to prepare quotations, manage orders and provide after-sales support.

How the inquiry form works

The form on this site does not send data to our server. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled so that you control what is transmitted; if that is blocked, an email draft is created in your mail client. No form content is stored on this website.

Drawings and confidentiality

Technical files are shared internally only with staff assigned to the project. We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements on request and do not publish customer drawings, part numbers or project details without written consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to name the provider, the data collected and how to opt out.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service the commercial relationship. You may ask us to correct or delete your contact details by writing to sales@boxstk.com. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
