CNC Machined Parts — Manufacturer & Exporter
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and turning for prototypes and production runs. Quoted from your 2D drawing or 3D model.
BOXSTK Industrial supplies custom CNC machined parts to equipment builders, distributors and maintenance buyers who need repeatable accuracy without committing to tooling. We machine aluminum 6061 and 7075, carbon steel, stainless 304/316, brass and engineering plastics on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, plus CNC lathes with live tooling for turned parts.
The practical question on any machined component is not whether a tolerance can be hit once, but whether it can be held across a batch. We control this with fixed fixturing, in-process gauging and a first-article inspection report before production starts. For buyers consolidating suppliers, we also handle secondary operations — anodizing, plating, heat treatment, assembly and kit packing — under the same purchase order.
Send a STEP or IGES file together with a PDF drawing that carries the critical dimensions and tolerances. If you only have a sample or a sketch, our engineering desk can reverse-engineer it and return a manufacturable drawing for approval.

What We Check Before Quoting
- Whether a stated tolerance is functionally necessary — relaxing a non-critical ±0.01 mm to ±0.05 mm often cuts cost without changing performance.
- The best blank strategy: bar stock, plate, forging or casting, chosen to reduce material waste and machining time.
- Deep pockets, thin walls and undercuts that need special tooling or a 5-axis setup.
- Thread standards (metric, UNC, UNF, BSP, NPT) and whether inserts or formed threads are more durable.
- Finish build-up: anodizing and plating change dimensions, so we machine to the post-finish target.
Typical Applications
Machined housings and covers, motor and gearbox mounts, shafts and bushings, manifold blocks, valve bodies, jigs and fixtures, replacement wear parts for packaging and printing machinery, and precision components for test equipment.
Manufacturing Process
A routed job starts with a CAM program reviewed against the drawing, then a first-off part measured on the critical dimensions. Once approved, the same fixture and tool offsets are locked for the run, with scheduled in-process checks. Parts are deburred, cleaned, finished, and packed individually or in labelled kits. Our CNC tolerance guide explains how to specify fits without over-engineering the drawing.
Quality & Documentation
Every shipment can include a dimensional inspection report, material certificate and, for automotive or safety-related parts, PPAP documentation. Measurement is traceable to calibrated gauges. See our quality control process for the full inspection flow.
Questions Buyers Ask About CNC Machined Parts
What is your minimum order for CNC parts?
One piece. Prototypes and first-article samples are quoted the same way as production parts; the unit price simply falls as quantity increases because setup is amortised.
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send the sample or clear photos with key dimensions and we will produce a drawing for your approval before machining.
Which tolerance should I specify?
Use tight tolerances only on functional fits. Our tolerance guide shows typical achievable ranges by process and where cost starts climbing.
Do you anodize or plate parts in-house?
Finishing is handled by qualified partner shops under our inspection, and the final report reflects post-finish dimensions.
