Stainless Steel Fasteners — Manufacturer & Exporter

Standard and non-standard fasteners for structural, marine and food-grade environments, supplied with traceable material documentation.

Corrosion failure in a fastener is rarely a strength problem — it is usually a grade selection problem. We supply stainless steel fasteners in A2 (304) and A4 (316) with property classes 70 and 80, plus carbon steel grades 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9 for high-load applications. Standard ranges cover DIN 933 / 931 hex bolts, DIN 934 nuts, DIN 912 socket screws, washers, threaded rod and wedge anchors.

Buyers exporting into the EU or supplying coastal and chemical environments generally choose A4-80 for its molybdenum content and better pitting resistance. Our A2-70 vs A4-80 comparison covers the specification decision in detail. Non-standard lengths, custom head markings, special threads and private-label packaging are available for distributors.

Each lot is packed in labelled cartons with the standard, grade, size and heat number, then palletised for sea freight. We can consolidate fasteners with machined or fabricated parts into one shipment.

Specification Checklist for Buyers

  • Confirm the environment first: indoor dry, outdoor urban, marine splash zone or chemical exposure.
  • Match the grade to the standard — A2-70 and A4-80 describe different chemistry and different strength classes.
  • Specify the thread standard explicitly; DIN, ANSI and JIS hex dimensions are not interchangeable.
  • State whether you need head marking, which drives tooling and MOQ.
  • For assemblies, tell us the mating material to avoid galvanic corrosion.

Typical Applications

Structural steel connections, handrails and guardrails, machinery assembly, food and beverage equipment, marine hardware, solar mounting systems and electrical enclosures.

Manufacturing Process

Standard sizes run on cold-heading and thread-rolling lines, which produce stronger threads than cut threads because the grain flow is preserved. Custom geometries are machined or forged, then passivated. Lot traceability is maintained from the wire coil through to the carton label.

Quality & Documentation

Dimensional checks cover thread go/no-go gauges, head across-flats, length and proof load. Material is verified by spectrometer and recorded on the EN 10204 3.1 certificate. See quality control for the inspection sequence.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask About Stainless Steel Fasteners

What is the difference between A2-70 and A4-80?

A2 is 304 stainless with a 700 MPa tensile class; A4 is 316 with molybdenum for chloride resistance and an 800 MPa class. A4-80 is the usual choice for marine or chemical exposure.

Can you supply mixed sizes in one order?

Yes. We consolidate mixed SKUs into one carton set and one packing list, which keeps LCL shipping economical.

Do you offer private-label packaging?

Yes, for distributors with a defined MOQ. Send your carton artwork and barcode requirements with the RFQ.

What is the MOQ for non-standard fasteners?

Typically 1,000–5,000 pcs depending on whether custom heading tooling is required.

Ready to source custom metal parts?

Send your drawing or sample. Engineering review and quotation within 24 hours.
