Industries We Serve
The same drawing can produce a good part in one environment and a failed part in another. We route material, process and finish around the application.
Application-Specific Manufacturing
Choose your sector for typical parts, material choices, environmental constraints and the documentation normally requested.

Fluid systems, energy equipment, food processing and general distribution are served through the same process families. Tell us the operating environment and we will propose the material and finish.

Most custom metal parts are process-driven rather than sector-driven. Send the drawing and we will route it.
What Changes From One Sector to Another
The part number may be identical; the evidence expected with it is not.
Operating environment. A bracket in a dry machine guard and the same bracket on a coastal gantry need different coatings, different salt-spray targets and often different base material. Tell us the temperature range, exposure, cleaning chemicals and expected service life at RFQ stage, not after the first sample.
Traceability and change control. Industrial machinery buyers usually need dimensional reports and material certificates. Automotive and EV programmes add first-article approval, lot traceability, controlled engineering changes and, where required, PPAP submission levels. Construction projects focus on anchor and fastener certification, marking and packing by shipment lot. Agricultural equipment tends to be replacement-driven: many small batches, sample-based reverse engineering and wear-resistant surfaces.
Demand pattern. Steady monthly call-offs allow a dedicated fixture and a lower unit price. Sporadic spare-part demand is better served by a process with no hard tooling and a documented setup that can be repeated a year later. Say which pattern you expect, because it changes the quote more than the part geometry does.
Documentation. List the reports, certificates and labelling you need before production starts. Documents produced against the actual production lot take time to compile and are far cheaper to plan in than to add afterwards. Our quality control page shows what is measured at each stage.
